Jim has had the title Property Manager of Vermeer Ranch since 2021. He has been working on the property since it was first built. Jim keeps everything running smoothly and looking fantastic. On an average day Jim helps with horse chores, herd management, property maintenance, mowing, helping the vet, and whatever other needs come up at the Ranch.

Jim and his family have always had horses over the years and enjoyed working with them from trail rides to 4H as well as other animals on the farm. Jim enjoys activities outdoors, working on their acreage, and spending time with family.
