Neisha started volunteering at Grace in January 2021, and joined the team as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) in December 2021. In addition to Neisha’s work as an instructor, she also co-leads the horse work and training program. Neisha is currently working to become a Certified Therapeutic Driving Instructor.

Neisha has loved horses her whole life - trail riding, training, showing, instructing - literally anything with horses! It's her goal to keep riding, learning and exploring how God uniquely uses horses to help people. Neisha has an expanding family and answers to both "Mom" and "Grammy". Aside from her passion for horses, she is a substitute teacher and enjoys water skiing and keeping up with yard work.
